Zone Overview
The Bekabad SEZ represents one of Uzbekistan's most ambitious industrial development projects. Spanning 397 hectares, this world-class special economic zone offers 120 investment lots across 8 strategic sectors, with total investment potential of $500M and 5,000+ jobs.
Railway logistics. The Bekabad SEZ is integrated into the network of JSC "O'zbekiston temir yo'llari": via Bekabad station the zone is linked by mainline to the Tashkent transport hub (through Yangiyer and Xovos) and has an outlet toward the Fergana Valley. A dedicated freight railway branch runs to the industrial territory, so residents ship raw materials and finished goods directly by rail — without intermediate trucking — cutting logistics costs and speeding up exports. The line is electrified and freight is hauled by modern electric locomotives.

Bekabad Technopark
The crown jewel within the SEZ, Bekabad Technopark is anchored by a major Bashkir company and represents the zone's flagship investment. This 100-hectare technology park will drive innovation and create premium employment opportunities.
